Haldensleben (dpa) - The parcel service Hermes has temporarily ceased its operation in Haldensleben in Saxony-Anhalt because two employees had been found dead. The site of the company is closed off. 120 firefighters were deployed at night to check for "toxic substances". Hermes believes that there will be delays in shipments should the temporary shutdown not be lifted quickly. Yesterday, a dead man was discovered on the grounds of the dispatch center, later another employee in the city in a transport car.
